RATE RIDER LEADS FOR NOVEMBER 2008
Each month, eSolutions assembles the most recent adjustable rate rider leads information and delivers the source data to the customer service departments of all LandAmerica West Region brands. Contact your Customer Service department today for information regarding new rate rider leads for November 2008. We now have an online search function available to employees so please contact your manager today to confirm your access to this great new feature, too.
NEW FORECLOSURES SEARCH OPTIONS
eSolutions has recently added Year Built and Auction Date search fields to the foreclosures feature which allow for more specific search results. 2nd Trust Deed and GeoCode information, as well as a Surname search field will be added in July, too.
ONLINE ORDERING FOR ARIZONA POINT USERS
Starting July 2nd, LandAmerica Arizona will be listed as a title and escrow provider in Calyx Point, allowing Arizona account executives to gain new customers or increase existing orders with lenders that use the Point loan origination software, developed by Calyx Software. With nearly 50% of lenders using Point to manage their loan transactions, this crucial market can now order online through the Catalyst ordering system supported by the LandAmerica eSolutions team. Simple to use and free of charge, Catalyst allows users to order online directly from their Point software without re-keying their order information. |
