STATUS TRACKING ADDED TO FORECLOSURES
A new Tracked Properties function has been added to the foreclosures feature. This option allows users to receive automatic e-mail notifications when a property changes from a status of NOD to NOT and/or from NOT to REO. To get started, users simply click on the "track" link under the E-mail Update column of their search results and that property is then added to their tracking list. From there, e-mails are automatically sent to the user when the status of that property changes. If you have any questions, please contact our Support Center at 1-800-761-6220 today.

ORDERING, RATE TABLES FOR POINT AND ENCOMPASS
A new Rate Tables for Point section is now available for our CA and AZ users. Through this feature, Point and Encompass users can download our most recent rate tables and instructions for importing into either of those loan origination systems. Additionally, with nearly 50% of mortgage brokers using Point to manage their transactions, this crucial market can also order online through the Catalyst system available at the eSolutions website. Simple to use and free of charge, Catalyst allows users to order online directly from their Point software without re-keying their order information. And through our Encompass provider accounts, we can support online ordering for Encompass users, too.
